Honestly how stupid can we be? This would have been a golden opportunity to sell this bank for good, instead we got now one way too big to fail institute.

4. I agree, or let it fail. Bankers are like children at this point. We, the adults, have to teach them learn that when they make a (large series of bad ) mistakes that they have to assume responsibility for their mistakes, otherwise they will never learn.

   Seems like all these bankers want to be treated like toddlers when they screw up royally, but if someone is having Fr. 2 of difficulty, they have zero guilt in throwing those people to the wolves. So maybe the wanker bankers need some wolf treatment ?

5. They should have split it up into an investment ‘bank’ and a part that does only the things that a bank is actually supposed to do, like the law originally intended. Let the investment part go bust.
   Banks are supposed to enable real economy, not drag it down with them.

   This buyout is going to come back to bite us in the ass within a few decades.

7. I am surprised Switzerland has done anything like that. Do you realize the meaning of a government changing laws as they please? I come from Spain and this actions reminds me of the failures of my own country…

   This is just like the covid deniers. Everyone and their mom on facebook thought they know better than people who have literally studied the subject.

En tant que petit actionaire, le dimanche-matin, j’avais une perte de CHF 20’000 non-réalisée et le dimanche-soir (après décision du CF), j’ai une perte Réalisée à CHF 30’000 (95% de l’investissement). Comment est-ce possible de vendre une société privée sans l’accord des propriétaires (actionaires) ? A ce jour, je n’ai reçu aucune information de cette pseudo expropriation qui est toujours côtée à la bourse (un comble) !
