What else would it be? But sure, it’s PR from branding website (which is a ~~dine~~fine website, but has it’s own goals just like everyone else)

Yes but somewhat indirectly, if you look at the criteria they will judge applicants explicitly by their social media profiles.
They’re basically looking for influencers without outright saying it.
Finns aren’t really that happy though. Those rankings only take benefits and government systems into account from which they assume happiness.
Finns are lonely and bitter about not being able afford the lifestyle our parents had.
