The more you give for free, the more you stimulate people not to work/ get their shit in order.
If you can’t pay 40 euro’s every 3 months, the problem is you.
So again the government in Brussels pushes up prices to solve problems cause by its own incompetence whilst making sure they don’t damage their own electorate/profitariat.
Give people a basic water allowance and let everyone pay a single price above that.

Sociaal tarief voor water.
