We might be seeing more of this because of the log4j exploit (log4shell)
Log4J vulnerability being abused I’d say, issue is it will be 2025 before the HSE decides to review and remediate anything

I’m not surprised. There is an email going around to people in the HSE, asking them to reset their password by it support called hsee.ie So another big hack waiting to happen.
I would hate to be the guy who has to do an identification process on any hospital network in this country.
CUMH are immune, they have been using paper files (for years) that the mother must bring with her at every appointment as it’s the only record of her care….a case of incompetency working out I guess.
