I got tired of being fat, tired of not liking to see myself in the mirror and being reluctant of doing group photos for not liking myself.
Today I managed a full Murph for the second time and added in kettlebell swings.
2.5 km run.
\-100 pull-ups.
\-200 push-ups.
\-300 squats.
This was broken down into twenty sets of ‘five pull-ups, ten push ups and fifteen squats’.
Then 100 swings of a 32 kg kettlebell. Broken in ten sets of ten swings.
Then finish with another 2.5 km run

I got tired of being fat & ugly. Hopefully I can just be ugly.

A 32 kg kettlebell? Jaysis
Well done. I commend your determination and strength (inner and outer)👍
Track calories and pick an actual program for best results.
Ok
Impressive! – It’s the pull-ups that would kill me 😂
How did you buy the 32kg kettlebell? Did you hoof it out of a shop yourself or make An Post do it?
I once bought a set of weights in the square and then carried them the five minute walk home. It took me half an hour to get there. One of the dumber ideas I’ve ever had.
You’re a horse of a man if you’re fat and somehow able to do all that.
How many sign kicks in that?

If your goal is mostly for vanity purposes, counting calories and resistance traning with a proper weight lifting program will probably be an order of magnitude more effective than this murph thing.
You’ll be sore in the morning!
190cm, roughly 100kgs. I can’t do a pullup. what can I do to be like you?
