Hello, Could a bulgarian explain me the extend of this new possible measure, technically :

-does it apply both to companies and self employed in the texts ? Sole traders ?

-is it likely to pass ?

-as I understood it will apply retroactively to the profits from 2022, declared by the companies until june 2023 and paid from july 2023
On an other paper it also say it apply for the 2023 profits in 2024?

-are the new companies exempt from this new possible tax ?
