Getting documents from Moje Daně. I submitted it. It’s completed. But how do I get it out…

  1. The files field at the bottom just has what I submitted. I would assume there would be a pdf or something with the Financni Urad confirming I in fact do not drown in debt.

  2. If I’m reading this right, you asked them to confirm that you do not have any debt towards them, and since it’s “vyřízená” it means they processed it, but I believe it doesn’t show the date when they processed it. I also assume this means you paid the 100 CZK fee.

Either way, unless you have “datová schránka” they will have to either send it by post or you will have to pick it up in person, depends on what you marked in your original request. You can always call there and ask.

P.S. if you also filed your taxes and let’s say you will have to pay something based on those, it will not show up as “debt” until april. That’s because the deadline to file and pay your taxes is till the end of march, or end of April for online submissions. This means that only on April 3rd we can process files submitted until that day (both paper and online) and any files submitted online during April we can only start processing in May. And these deadlines apply to all situations, doesn’t matter if you will get a tax refund or if you will have to actually pay something…

  3. This happened to me recently, this form (request for <document name>) with submitted files stayed as “resolved” and few days later, a new one (<document name>) with the required documents appeared and was also sent to my Datová schránka (as it was selected as the preferred delivery option)
