This is a tree-top walk in Nyírmártonfalva, Hungary. It used to be a little forest here, but that was clear-cut. The mayor of the village got €165K from the EU taxpayers to create this wonder (source in comment)

The mayer (who got the money himself, not the local council) said he will replant the forests – so we need to wait only 15 years and everithing will be OK.

10. I wish there was a mechanism in place to kick countries like Hungary out of the EU and NATO.

11. If the people of Hungary (my people) tolerate this, they deserve it. But the EU doesn’t. Europe must act, withhold funds until Hungarians feel the pain and get real about governing themselves.
