What a page.. there are no proper arguments or usefull info points.
Eigenbedarf can‘t be used nilly willy, especially not that way by the Immobilen-Orgs and it can be challenged. This argument already sounds like BS. It’s mostly something for small home owners which we should support.. because else we actually will only have big corporations left which misuse what they can
And the prices.. what are they even arguing about? Can‘t they give more infos? The only thing I read there is how they almost explode from hate, but there is no information to actually form an opinion
If I want to make a decision I first want to have a good understanding what I am supporting
Maybe the initiative is a good thing. I can’t tell so far. But the website isn‘t good. At least the first pages you visit. They should rework what and how they want to communicate
