Ever since nobody has told you yet, let me be the first one: in Spanish, in 99’99% of cases, adjectives go after substantives. The other 0’01% are rare exceptions and are normally used to embellish the text, like in poetry, or in more formal texts. Hence: “mis tostadas favoritas”.
