Is it illegal to drive with unsecured tools in Bulgaria?

1. I ask because this would typically be illegal in most other countries that ive been to.

2. Taxi drivers are the worst kind man. Not sure about illegal but that’s a disgusting mess

3. Not sure about the word of the law, but I am impressed that someone actually managed to train an actual pig to drive a car. That is some high-tier circus craft right there.

8. Not really I got pulled over many tines got no probs for having shit all over my car

9. Because hiting a bump and your screwdriver screws your leg or your unsecure gas tank hits a hammer or insert any other accident that might happen isn’t very safe on the road

12. If that kind of micromanagement is enforced, there is something shady with the government.

    In Bulgaria, for better or worse, still there are lots of things left to the IQ of the operator (in the case driver) and frankly, I like it that way.
