7. I’ve always wondered why Nordics don’t have an alliance or why didn’t we form our own union, military and commercial. We have loose alliances but nothing in writing iirc.

11. After we get into NATO, I think we could afford to give half of our F-18 fleet to Ukraine. If our allies can help in covering our skies, we can help Ukraine reclaim theirs.
    USA and other F-35 Operators could let Finland go firts on the queue of those who are receiving their planes next from the factory.

    Ukraine might not be able to use the planes immediately, but their pilots probably learn quickly, and it’s good to prepare for longer war.
