3. So mouthing off to a cop is 8 days in jail, but a cop convicted of actually physically beating someone gets 0 days in jail?

   And skaters lawyer thinks this is a fair outcome? WTF!

   (yes I know the cop got a conditional sentence, but that only becomes relevant if he has further problems)
