mazzoni(father) in Beggen or mazzoni David(son) in Bonnevoie.
I think that should go out just by applying good quality shoe creme (Saphir). Apply a layer, wait to dry, polish with a soft brush, and repeat a few times.
There is Cordonnery Camy at Auchan in Kirchberg. However, you can also buy a wax-based cleaning / rehydrating solution, a cream paste, and some wax from them (I prefer the Saphir brand), order some very fine sand paper, and do it yourself (after watching a couple of old tutorials by Kirby Allison or some other specialist):
1. Remove the old waxes with acetone.
2. Work with sandpaper: start at 800 grit, work you way up to 4000, gently remove the imperfections in that area
3. Re-hydrate your shoes with the Creme Universelle.
4. Re-coat then with a soft black cream (Creme Pommadier).
5. Polish them with wax (Cirage noir) and buff them.
Frankly, this is how I have been repairing my shoes in Luxembourg since 2020 because the prices are exorbitant and the shoes were not too expensive to begin with. Bought €100 of materials and tools 3 years ago – still fixing the scratches that I am always getting from lifting the heavy electric scooter with the tip of my shoe. Learn how to do it once, and you will save a lot of money in the future.
