Does anyone have an update on this case? This guy sued Switzerland on the European Court of Human Rights after he was denied unemployment benefits because he was non-European, even though he had paid social security contributions for 5 and a half years- Er verklagt die Schweiz wegen Arbeitslosengeld

I think he was a scammer with a fake job that ended up going to Switzerland and starting a grocery work only about 3 months before getting fired due to his fake resume.
There was a good article of it in LeTemps, so he had set up all that scam and it didn’t work because the social security couldn’t verify his former jobs (well we’re still unsure if he 100% scammed, but most likely)
