If you notice, all medias are furious at E-cigarettes just because they eat the regular ones market shares. You would always get reports when an E-cig explodes, but no stats about the tens of thousands deaths related to smoking.
To me, the youth just switched for E-cigs because it’s better for hygiene, less chemicals, and still the same sensations.
