Hi! I’m trying to make a family tree to learn more about my Polish heritage. I found this baptism certificate in my family’s files but I cannot translate it because it’s in Polish (and maybe Latin?). Could I have some help please? Even just the name and/or date on it I would be really grateful!

It’s in Latin. Tbh handwriting is pretty hard to read
Honestly send it to your church and pastor should be able to translate to modern one. Mine shows Germany despite Poland as actual place.
Except for Polish proper nouns it appears to be filled out in Latin (even some names are in Latin).
The document is from St Stanisław Kostka church in Ciemierzyńce (Eng. Chemeryntsi), present day Ukraine. [Here](https://maps.app.goo.gl/eG3rdZrqQopjh4T39?g_st=ic) is the location of the church.
The address of the person was simply Ciemierzyńce, house no 244.
Child’s name seems to be given in Latin (something-Albertus?)
Religion: roman catholic (obviously)
Looks like name of father may be Florian Dąbrowski (filled out as Florianus)
Mother appears to be Katarzyna Krakowska (filled out as Catharina)
The last column are godparents: Iacobus and Rosalia (Jakub and Rozalia would the Polish spelling), can’t decipher the surnames.
As per the bottom part of the page, the document itself was certified and stamped by the Parochial Church in nearby Dunajów (Dunaiv).
[Here](https://przemyslany-sdb.com/ciemierzynce-historia-kosciola/) is some info on the St Stanisław Kostka Church in Ciemierzyńce. You’d have to use auto translate, as it’s only in Polish.
It currently belongs to the Parish Church of St Peter and Paul in Przemyślany (Peremyshlyany).
If you’re looking for more documents from the region, you could try contacting them via a form on their [website](https://przemyslany-sdb.com/kontakt/) or by emailing the parish priest. Although I would imagine they must be busy with other things at the moment given the war.
They went all out with handwriting on these old documents
I’ll also add that it was issued 26th of October 1929
It is *obviously* only in Latin…
Have you tried this site for research?
It has been very helpful in my research on my Polish family tree, there is a English translation button up at the top takes a while to understand the interface but once you do it is very useful
