Good news this morning. Best case scenario reached, use of metadata was unlawful but more than sufficient evidence that was procured without the use of that metadata.

Read Paul Williams book about the case. I knew he was rotten and sick but he’s far far worse than even those words can describe. Had to skip some of the chapters that quoted the fantasies he wrote and the videos he made they were so depraved to the point that they were upsetting. God love the Jury who sat for that case.
Who pays for these trips to higher courts ? Are the payments in any way limited ? I know he is in jail so therefore no income but does he start the process of appeal looking for a barrister or does a barrister see a payday incoming and looks for someone in jail that fits the bill ?
