today I received a letter that seems quite authentic. I am being accused of computer fraud i guess?

Should i get a lawyer for this meeting?
I have checked my browser history but i can’t find anything that i purchased on the day i am accused of. in fact i dont remember ever going to that website. How serious is this?

Definitely get a lawyer. You are not required to attend, but there is a criminal investigation against you as a suspect. In any case you have the right to remain silent, and you absolutely shouldn’t answer any questions without legal advice.
My guess is that somebody has fraudulantly used your name and address in some kind of scam.
I’d go and tell them exactly that, but maybe someone has a better option.
