Apparently it was “behind Kommunalbyrån, towards the creek, opposite Kvarnholmsback on the other side of the creek”, if that helps. I wonder if Kommunalbyrån is the current UF-Lokal at Petalaxvägen 162.

If you look on street view, you can see a red building that looks very much like that.
