Early during invasion, Czech Republic donated 38 T-72M1 from its army stocks. 16 various older tanks and 11 T-72EA (modernized variant made by Czech company Excalibur Army) were purchased from the company’s private stocks for Ukraine by Czech Republic, other countries and in one case, crowdfunded by Czech public. Later, US and Netherlands made a deal to fund a purchase and modernizing of 90 T-72 from various sources to T-72EA standard. The program was then expanded with more tanks, including some of those donated my Morocco, bringing it up to 150. Those tanks are being released to Ukraine gradually as they’re finished. According to Czech MoD, a grand total of 89 tanks has been delivered as of February 2023, which means 34 of the 150 have been completed and delivered.

This is uncomplete and obsolete
I know multiple instances when Czech republic sended tanks other than 90 pledged newly repaired T 72s
That includes undisclosed deliveries from czech army stocks and one crowdfunded tank
