Half of EU’s population older than 44.4 years in 2022: Across the EU countries, the median age ranged from 38.3 years in Cyprus, 38.8 in Ireland and 39.7 in Luxembourg to 48.0 years in Italy, 46.8 in Portugal and 46.1 in Greece.

  1. I’m just gonna say: You needn’t panic. Aging populations aren’t a bad sign for the human race, governments are just pushing the idea so that women have more kids because A. They need more and more people each year to continue the current wage system and B. They want to prevent “ethnic replacement” (racism babyy).
    Also, people tend to have less children at an older age when society is prosperous.

  2. Collapse is slowly coming especially for countries like South Korea where this issue isn’t an issue for the next 50 years but an issue they will face in next few decades. As for us, we can easily mitigate this issue with Imigration. Other countries will rather collapse, and they will, than bring “evil” foreigners.
