
Anyone else bought tickets for tomorrow’s match but can’t access them?
Long story short: my girlfriend and I are 1895 members and purchased tickets for tomorrow’s match against Germany. After paying (weeks ago), we received an email saying that the tickets would be available at a later date. We’ve been waiting and checking our emails as well as our account on the ticket website, but still nothing. All there is on our accounts is a voucher for each of us ([take a look](https://imgur.com/a/3SI2GYf)), but it explicitly says that it’s not a ticket.
In the last few days, we’ve sent multiple emails to multiple email addresses but haven’t gotten an answer. We’ve also been calling, but we always get hung up on, “either because there is literally no one there to answer the phone, or because the waiting line is very long sp the system automatically hangs up on you”, according to the guy from another department we were able to talk to 🙄 But of course, he can’t do anything to help us.

Edit: we have to pick up our tickets at the stadium, they just told us by email. No info about that anywhere 🙄

I don’t know how this usually goes, but is it the first time you don’t receive your tickets after paying? Did you book through the same ticket company you usually do? To me it kinda sounds like you got scammed 🫤
