Anybody had any issues with Vodafone gigabox no internet

1. Your ONT(White box) all the lights are on anyway so your connection to from outside is fine. Try turning that off for a minute and back on if you haven’t already, then the cable goijg from that box to the other box prob mounted to the wall plug that out and in it’s a fibre cable so make sure there’s no kinks in it

2. Plug it out, leave for a bit and plug it back in again.

   If that doesn’t work, go to your router page (no internet connection required) and reset, then factory reset if that fails.

3. That cable management is annoying the bollox off me.

4. Are you on the siro line? Mines be down the past 30 mins. Wicklow area.

5. Try a full reboot see if that helps

6. It’s run out of giggly bits.

7. Is the wire to the ONT ok? I miswired mine. Took ages to trace.

8. Usually there is a reset button that’s on the white box on the wall, you have to lift the flap down and it exposes it

9. We have the fibre to the house with that same router and we get multiple disconnects day. Very annoying when having to log into a remote server newly evertime. Rang them already about 6 times with logs of event. Response : turn route on an off, change cables. Reset router, Tried it all. Said they would escalate to get an engineering …that’s was4 weeks ago and nothing.

11. Any chance changing DNS settings might fix it?
