Do they expect a fully new car back after a lease of, in my case, 4 years?
I have a small damage to a faux-leather part on the door caused from moving a wooden bed. See the following image:
Is every scratch and small damage punished by a full repair, so they have a brand new car?
Wondering how that goes in germany.

Depends on the Company. Most won’t punish smaller signs of use, but some may. Best to look into your contract what it says about minor damage.

Some try that, yes.
This one is a real damage, not just wear and tear.
Do not do it. It’s a scam. Had to pay 2.4k when returning the car. Called my insurance, they said yeah, but then we increase your premium that will cost more than this. So had to pay put of pocket.
This was for a few scratches atound the car.
