This is the person who failed to apply for planning permission, no excuse.
We need a robust system that has strict rules on the entire rental market as it’s just plain robbery out there.
Isn’t there an exemption allowing you to rent out your principal private residence for less than 90 days under the 2019 regs? What’s the current position?
Why are all these scandals busted by a tiny online news site?
Do regular journalists just do clickbait now?
Can they ban Airbnb or ban them in RPZ ?
Surely that is the easiest way to get more of these properties back into the rental market?
The Ditch are superb.
And air bnb should be banned from Ireland at this stage.
