Yeah the landlord should board up the windows and charge €1500.
Windows?
Op can’t even conceive living on the ground floor.
He doesn’t know how blinds work …
Net curtain?
Would’ve expected it would be at least €1300 for the voyeurism benefit.
I’ve seen a lot of bad places on here, but that one doesn’t look too bad, at least in terms of “omg, a ground floor bedroom!?!”
Bungalows must blow your mind..
Am I missing something here?
Clean newly renovated apartment for rent.
How exactly do you think other ground floor apartments deal with windows? In some parts of the country you’d be considered lucky if it has windows 🤣
The village doesn’t have transport. That’s hardly the landlords issue – if you live round there you likely know that already.
Moan about the government who likely take 52% of that €1,193 a month.
I couldn’t live with the shame of having windows in my bedroom so I blocked them up.
An exhibitionists dream
Lol, reminds me of that post a few weeks or months back; guy in a ground floor apartment wanting to know was there any way he could legally stop kids (from the same complex) playing in the green common area outside his apartment 🤣🤣🤣
For a 1 bed 1 bath studio apartment, this is very reasonable.
I’ve seen studios going for 2k.
So I dunno what the issue is….?
That people can see inside your apartment? You’re aware ground level apartments and bungalos exist, right?
Works just fine for me. Plenty of light and complete privacy.
I’m surprised that Grenagh hasn’t got a local link service yet, there’s been a ramping up of rural services across the county so it’s surely only a matter time. Besides that, the property looks fine to me🤷♂️
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS
I think there needs to be a separate Reddit group for Irish housing and the rising price of biscuits at a spar near you
