I’m not religious anymore, but still join my dad if he’s going to mass in Galway cathedral. As OP points out, it’s a beautiful looking church, but if you’re lucky enough to go when the organist is playing then you’re in for a treat. Especially after mass when he puts on a show by playing less religious organ music.
