No delays by the courts, mistakes from the AG or delays by the Police, in this case. Ironic how the institutions can actually work when it’s to defend a criminal who commited perjury (gave false statements under oath). Let this rub in when thinking of how the government pushes the propoganda that they are near and defending the people.

> mistakes from the AG
[Just in today…](https://timesofmalta.com/articles/view/yorgen-fenech-s-lawyers-acquittal-alleged-bribery-confirmed-appeal.1020991)
*”Yorgen Fenech’s lawyers’ acquittal for attempting to bribe a Times of Malta journalist has been confirmed on appeal.”*
*”Judgment was delivered on Thursday confirming the judgment delivered last June by a Magistrates’ Court which threw out the prosecution’s case over a technical defect.*
*”Although the wording of the summons clearly fell within the framework of article 120(2) of the Criminal Code, when formally setting out the charges upon which the court was to base its decision, the AG had indicated another provision of law that related to passive bribery.”*
Poor AG make a mistake. How unfortunate.

The thing keeping the AG from resigning must be that the government would just replace them with someone equally inept.

This is why people have to wake up and begin attending the protests.

Rosianne is like a tough sideboss in a game… The quest is optional and you don’t end the game if you defeat her… . But you get xeba xp points if you do
The problem with Malta is that the AG is appointed by the government so they are a puppet.
