10 years might seem like a decent sentence but when you drill down into it, he has basically got 4 to 5 years off the headline sentence already despite having form for similar.

He will also get at least 2 more off for good behaviour.

  2. He got sentenced to 4 years in 2016 for essentially doing the exact same thing, and his statement “I’m guilty out. I did whatever.” doesn’t exactly show remorse.

Sounds like he got the maximum possible sentence (for a guilty plea), but it’s grim that’ll he’ll probably be out in a decade to do the same again.

  3. That animal bought a claw hammer as well as duct tape!! He will kill someone, he has every intention to.

  4. “The court heard the woman had severe underlying mental health difficulties and had been detained after the attack under the Mental Health Act to a hospital in the Midlands, where she remains.”

    Fucking hell

  5. I’m surprised he didn’t tell the judge he was embarrassed and would not do it again because of how embarrassed he is over it
