This could be stopped overnight with a change in drugs policy. There’s so much entrenched corruption within the police force, judicial system and within government I just can’t see that ever happening in my lifetime.
Should have joined the army and gone into infantry, then they can get medals and commendations for killing people, they don’t get therapy though.
