Maybe start paying drivers more
Invest more in public transport. For example scrap many of the benefits for company cars and use that money for public transport. That way maybe more people would take public transport to work, less congestion on the streets, and it’s better for the environment.
Maybe we should force our government to go to work by public transport.

Not surprised there is a shortage, people doing this job need to endure harassment, they don’t get paid enough to deal with this bullshit
