Is “romanian” also usually used as a codeword for “gypsie” in the netherlands?
That’s kind of fucked up
It’s not surprising, unfortunately
I live in Tilburg and highly doubt the city would agree to this. So if this is actually real it’s most likely solely the B&B itself who decided on this. Which is, indeed, outrageous.
I think the hotel likes to blame it onto someone else because this would not be legal and not hold in court
PS, I do not speak Romanian and used a translator.
Ridiculous. I could never imagine something like that in the Netherlands.
Of course it’s Netherlands 💀
Give me the name of the hotel. Im gonna get banned there
Very weird, is this legit? In the text is says Romeinse which means Roman (as in people from ancient Rome), not Romanian. The whole thing reads very amateurish.
This is definitely illegal. Hope they reported it and didn’t just rant on social media.
It is a strange response. If the owner would not like Romanians, or had bad experiences with Romanian guests in the past, he/she could have used much easier and less controversial excuses.
Huge if true. Is there an actual source or just these screenshots that could be from anywhere?
Romans…? Did he ask if he could bring his Imperial Aquilla?…

We will have to ride at the back of the bus soon enough.

Tilburg municipality denied there is such agreement. More here https://m.ziare.com/hotel-olanda/nu-mai-primim-romani-motivul-revoltator-pentru-care-un-barbat-s-a-trezit-cu-rezervarea-anulata-la-un-hotel-din-olanda-1797337

As someone who lives here, bloody shameful.
