What I find more disturbing is that for 1.3M you don’t even get a garage..

That house looks so generic too.
For that money you can buy 2 big apartments in a nice city in a different country and rent them or resell them for a profit in 10yrs. Why would you buy here?
The worst part is that all these houses are built that way, all looking the same, many don’t even have garages anymore and their facade is turning green once keys are handed over.
Meanwhile quirky old buildings that represent our heritage must make way for them.

At least it’s a house. Appartments in Strassen with half the rooms went for the same price. One of those is in the same block as mine and nobody keeps the common areas clean exact the floors. There’s literally kids paint on the walls next to the elevator, which btw is so cheap that it doesn’t even allow to stop it once somebody else has called for it before you.
I’m so glad I’m only renting here and didn’t drop more than half a mio.
