‘Disturbing’ reports of bullying and ‘toxic atmosphere’ in hospital review

    When my sister died there it was nicknamed “No Hope”, would be unsurprised to learn little has changed in 20 years.

    Like that is going to make any difference apart from ticking a box.

    People who cultivate toxic culture should be sacked on the spot. No “awareness training” is going to fix their behaviour.

    It usually happens when people in power have a spectrum of personality disorders, specifically narcissistic personality disorder. They need professional help and are unfit to work in any organisation that bears responsibility for human life and wellbeing.

  3. The nhs is in crisis with record waiting lists, staff shortages and a massive backlog of urgent building repairs and they’re reporting on bullying and a toxic atmosphere.
