Am I missing something,or is this just advanced stupid,and won’t solve the problem at all?
Or you just ask for an id card.. no id card, no sale.
People throwing a fit over things will always happen, cant fix assholes.
People love to defer judgement to a piece of software. They claim it’s unbiased and usually question the results the software spits out much less than should an actual human make the call.
Meanwhile most people writing software probably won’t bet their life on the software their own company produces, except for maybe rocket engineers.
Dus… Die camera is overbodig. Enkel het machientje eronder hebben ze nodig. Dat uiteindelijk de id checkt als het niet zeker is.

I really dislike this, because from what I know about camera’s like these they often struggle with anything ‘unusual’ like black people, bears, and people with glasses.
Also most teenagers I know just ask their parents or older friends to buy stuff for them, so I’m not sure how many teens will even be caught with a system like this.
edit: I meant beards, not bears
Long gone are the days that they asked for my ID to buy alcohol….
