Can an electric train theoretically reach the station theoretically reach the next station of Weert by speeding up in Belgium and just coasting from the point where the wires end?
So I seem to remember that the 2 countries run on a diffrent power system. I know that on the high speed tracks, there is a small zone where there is no power on the train because it needs swap to the other wiring system. Maybe ti’s something like that?
