    I always talk to them and make plenty of noices if I come across them and just keep moving in the direction I’m going steadily and that normally helps.

    Edit: they have hair in front of their eyes as well, they can’t really see you that easily

32. It wasn’t aggressive right? There are some close to my parents house and they are very sweet. They usually stay away from people but somethings get a little curious. I just look at them like really big dogs. The headbump seemed playful to me, just pet it.

36. I had something like this happen to me once. I sat on a bench and the herd came to me. One of them licked my leg and it felt like sandpaper, so i pulled back as an automatic replex. The highlander ran back quickly as a panic reflex. They are pretty chill in general, and i havent seen them be agressive.
