If you buy a lamp second hand, there is a chance it doesn’t have a plug. But you can attach one yourself, the plug costs about 1-2€ Every store has connectors for these. From small K-markets to Prismas, Tokmanni, Ikea, any store that sells lamps etc. It is just a connector so lamp or bulb style doesn’t matter. You can change any socket on the ceiling or the lamp. 🤷🏼♂️ You don’t need to change the building for the lamp or buy a specific lamp for that socket.
