Ukraine allows foreign forces to join exercises each year, so a parliament permission is also passed each year. So this news is not exactly big news
Stupid, really stupid. None of the people who are inching us towards war will be fighting in that war.

In recent years I’ve seen Ukraine as a young child that constantly gets molested by a drunken relative, everyone knows what’s happening and nobody is helping her.
Just do a 365 military drill with foreign forces and Russia can’t attack because there are foreign forces involved. 🧠
