I don’t understand how this isn’t bigger?
If it was just that his brother was a nonce then OK that isn’t his fault.
However as far as I can work out his brother told him about it and he didn’t go to the police leaving him free to potentially to carry on abusing him.
His brother only got caught because his victim told a counselor.
I don’t know if what Phillip did here in failing to report him is criminal but it certainly should be.
So ITV, BBC, Avon and Somerset police, MET police are now all harbouring, defending the wronguns.
