It’s an old military steel helmet wz.67 with a wz.75 eagle marking, from the Poland People’s Republic era.
How did you find it? Just walking and found it by the street?

Easy, Wz.67/75. In 1967 they combined the designs of the old Wz.31 helmet, and the Wz.50, a SSh-40 inspired helmet. In 75’ they updated it the liner to this weird looking one as seen in the pic. It was in service till the mid-late 1990s and served as their last steel helmet before switching to kevlar.
