1. Sell golden visas to rich foreigners, all they have to do is buy real estate.
2. Watch as the premium spots are sold to said foreigners while the local residents are pushed to the outskirts of the cities.
3. Ignore the problem while the sweet golden visa cash flows in.
4. Conjure up some half-assed measures to fight housing crisis when people take it to the streets.
