They need to build ship yards in Romania so not depend on Turkish control of Bosphorus.
whoever controls Crimea, controls the Black Sea.. Romania needs NATO to help regain Crimea which is extremely hard to conquer from the Ukrainian side

Could agree more but I have a headache so maybe later I agree even more than I do right now. NATO needs to dominate, not just increase but dominate the Black Sea
NATO should also increase its presence all over the world so nobody else will dare doubting US dominance
