Well, they certainly didn’t waste any resources on hiring a graphic designer.
They finally fixed the horrendous formatting of the languages at the top but ruined everything else? 😩
This is an international format. Azerbaijan has also recently changed driving license’s format from previous one to this ugly one. It is ugly, but it is international, wordings and numberings are unified, no more problems while renting a car in overseas.
