I tinted my car’s back window, and now I’m trying to figure out if need to get a validation attest of 110euro from “fastlane” or if it’s not necessary. [The page](https://www.vlaanderen.be/tuning-van-voertuigen-in-belgie/autotuning-van-onderdelen-wat-mag) that is supposed to explain it is unclear as hell, with some categories that need an attest at the top, and then a second list of things of what’s allowed and what’s not.
I tried to read [the law text](https://etaamb.openjustice.be/nl/omzendbrief-van-12-maart-2010_n2010014061) but it seems I’m not made for that.
The website of the car inspection just says I should bring “all necessary documents”
Anyone has experience?

I can’t imaging you needing an attest for that, reason : number 4 in the list is the removal of badges.
Lose your badge somewhere=> pay for a new 1 or ask for an attest for the removal of it.
We have lots of bureaucracy but still

Sure you need it? It’s only 15€ to pass again. So maybe just give it a go?
Who knows at this point, some people get through with a modded exhaust, some get failed for stock brake calipers that were painted red
