    Now that’s out the way, the GFA is going to have to be reconsidered at some point, especially as demographics shift in NI.

    It’s not really working now. Better to negotiate now than let it completely collapse in 10-20 years.

  2. I do think that the GFA is essentially the NI constitution, and some times constitutions need amended. That seems reasonable enough.

    The problem is that this isn’t a technical problem in any sense. It’s pure full throated showboating party politics. So there’s nothing you can really do to the detail of the deal which will solve the problem.
