Halo,

I plan to travel around the EU for a lengthy time and I’m looking for a sim card that will serve me in EU countries.

I’m starting my trip in Germany, hence I have looked into German sims. [Sim.de](https://Sim.de) fits my needs and budget perfectly, however I’m not sure if I will run into problems with their “fair-use for roaming with the EU” policy, as I will mostly be **outside** german borders.

Here’s a link to their contract:

If anyone has an experience with them in this regard I’ll be grateful for the information, if someone has an alternative to recommend it will also be much appreciated.

Thanks and happy holidays,

Yuval

  1. All phone network companies have a clause similar to this one.

The problem with your usecase I see is:

    1. No residency in Germany
    2. Possibly less than 50% usage/time in Germany (over a 4 month period)

Whether they’re actually enforcing this I don’t know
