2. Looks like [this](https://www.alamy.com/exploded-mine-at-hill-60-nr-ypres-ieper-belgium-image68001221.html), so I would guess it’s one of those mines they used to blow up the hill. But not sure about it so forgive me if I’m wrong.

9. I saw the photo and immediately thought “OMG, it’s the ugly metal ball from Hill 60”, never thought I would see that old piece of scrap on reddit 😆

   According to my 5th grade history teacher, it’s a sea mine and it actually has no connection to Hill 60.
