Getting reimbursed on study costs in Belgium

Hello all,

A few friends said that, as a working Belgian adult, there are some government incentives to get reimbursed on money we spend on education.

I have heard it can be tax deductible or a separate reimbursement.

Can anyone please guide me on resources for this.
